For buffet, each person is entitled to 1 pink, & 1 red plate complimentary items.
Jas exchanged her 1 red plate with 1 of my pink plate.
(She got 2 pinks plates, I got 2 red plates)
Nahhhhh, she's not stupid.
She got a voucher(if I didn't rmb wrongly), get to paid relatively cheaper amount so she didn't mind
&& she don't take sashimi & prefer the pink plates items (:

Soft Shell Crab Sushi
One thing I hate about ordering softshellcrab is that most of the time they came cold.
SSC was meant to be consume crispy as there wasn't much meat to begin with!
Plus when it's cold SSC feels like erm.. damp(soaked with oil) tissue in my mouth yucks X(
Ebi Mentai Sushi
Highly recommended! (tho I would hope it's flame-sprayed more)
Real good the first time I tried it.
Flamed till perfect brown on 60% of the top layer, fragrance of the cooked ebiko(not sure what roe it is) & mayo gush up my nose!
The texture of the rice, prawn, mayo, and roe teased my tongue.
If only it was as good this time round! ):

Nama Hotate Sashimi (Raw scallops)
I didn't know how to appreciate Nama Hotate like Ni Hotate ):
Guess I just prefer the latter.
This post makes me feel like I'm Sakae Sushi's waitress serving the floor all over again.
Going into details what Sakae Bufet has to offer..
I do miss those days when working used to be fun, in a relatively slack enviroment.
Kidding around, competing who shouts the welcome message "IRASHAYIMASE" louder, passing notes etc.
But never pushing duty responsibilities from one to another, instead offer help to colleagues who're lagging behind.
Everyone's friendly, almost every working days are enjoyable (:
