I lost 5KG in 2 weeks!! :D
Here's how I did it (:
Drag a friend to go for morning jogs with you!
Need not go to the stadium. Very lil people will block your way early morning hahs.
We had our jog just under my block (:
In that 2 weeks, we woke & meet at 7AM once every week.
I lost 3KG after the first jog, & another 2KG the second jog.
We jogged for 30 minutes each session.
Actually sprints paid off much better than jogs (I only get to learn this after I lost the said 5KG)
But 5KG lost for a total of 1 hours jog very exaggerating right?!
True la, cos I fell sick after each jogging session ><
Haven't been exercising at all since NAPHA in secondary school.
All these while, walking, standing & watching television are my greatest source of calories burning :x
Will try to jog more, not just to slim down but also to keep my body fit (:

ReplyDeleteHello! Yea eating normally still. But my appetite is bigger than other girls so I try to take as little rice as possible. Drink more water too. It helps (:
