OMG, Singtel broadband bill came alr.
An effing amount of $549.50!
Wtf, shocked.
Called Singtel hotline.
USELESS.
I repeat and repeat that the lady at Comex said it's UNLIMITED USAGE.
But the answer i got is : "There is no unlimited plan in Singtel"
That's not the point okay!
Your staff said it is, thus i signed it!

I was horrendous when i receive my Bill for Mobile broadband yerterday. I had signed for youth plan on Comex 2009. Before signing, I had asked the lady to if it was unlimited. She said YES, thus i signed the plan and was only willing to pay the $15.90/month.
But the bill amounted to $549.50! How was i, a mere student, able to fork out the money? I am NOT obliged to pay, your staff told me that i only have have to pay $15.90 per month. It's ridiculous that i have to pay yet $600 more to cancel the plan when your staff is at fault for giving me the wrong information. The first month's bill's already $500+, how can i survice the rest of the months before my contract ends? Even if she's busy, she should not anwser a consumer's question without accuracy or miss out impt info. I hope for an explanation and justice to be done.

Sometimes when i was connected, i still can't surf the internet.
