Signature Samsui Ginger Chicken
Armed with coupons, I headed down to Clementi mall for Soup Restaurants' Signature dish! If you've been reading my blog for a while, you would have heard me mentioning meal coupons times and again. Bf's mom is known as 'Coupon Queen' among her friends because of the stacks of Mcdees, kfc etc coupons she brings home. So my bf's always making fun of me, and tagged me 'Coupon Princess' lol!
Back to the chicken! Other than the delicately presented chicken, it's also served with fresh ice berg lettuce. The combi of the lettuce, chicken, and ginger's a winner! It was madly raved about online, but I had to say I've had better samsui ginger chicken. However, with the numerous outlets in Singpore, it's accessible and good enough for your occasional hakka dish fix.
