Smoked Salmon and Squid Ink Risotto

The dish was on the dry side and tasted powdery.. Is that how squid ink anything is supposed to be? Powdery? I'm not sure, cuz it's my first encounter with squid ink and I don't like it. The smoked salmon might not look like much in the picture but trust me, the 4-5 pieces is good enough to go with the whole plate of risotto. Though I would have liked it less salty, I'm grateful for the portion to play around with. 

Im gonna try the Pastrami next, another new item on the menu! Ｏ(≧∇≦)Ｏ
