Ice Skating @ Jcube

I think it was Hazel who initiated this skating date at Jcube? lol
I remembered it being a wednesday & I met up with Hazel aka Cousin#1 first as Webster aka cousin#2 had plans early afternoon.
We made our way up & bought tickets for the 5.15 to 7.15 slot (:

Prices below!

We paid $21.50 each for the skate boots rental, gloves and socks. I think it's quite pricey for the 2 hours play. Gloves are relundent imo cause you're gonna sweat with all the exercising/constant moving around. My cousins thought the same too. & to save cost, you might consider paying $14(entrance) plus $3.50(skate boots rental) = $17.50. Just bring your own socks, also make sure it covers your ankles to avoid blisters ^~^

After making payment for the tics, Hazel & I moved to Eat At Taipei while waiting for the late Webster. It's located right beside the skating rink featuring a perfect horizontal view of the rink. Plus we both had the same oyster meesua(vermicelli) craving so yays!

Though our cravings were fixed, it was a disappointing late lunch.

The recommended bubble tea was only so-so. We were also informed that one of the main ingredient for the oyster meesua was oos.
I believe its the pig intestine? We went ahead with the order in hope that there will be more oysters for us in the absense of the intestines, courtesy of the restaurant, since we were charged full price. But nope, that was just wistful thinking on my part as can be judged from the above pics.
The meesua's soup(?) were light, unlike the ones I'm used to having so #dislike.
Overall, the meal was overpriced and disappointing as mentioned.
