KobayashiHangul

Was really excited when I receive a flyer to visit Kobayashi @ Lot1's basement!
It used to be a rather small outlet at Jurong Entertainment Centre. I loved their omelette noodle!

It is now known as Kobayashi Hangul.
As the name suggest, both japanese & korean food are available.

Noodle cooked in black sauce & laid on top of the omelette.
Very mushy(in a good way) inside because the egg isn't entirely cooked :D
Completed with mayonaise, sweet sauce & topped with bonito flakes!

 

This is the omelette noodle that I was talking about.. but not the one that I've missed so dearly!

The one at Lot1's outlet is way below it's pass standard >(

Again, the picture is telling. Just look at the noodles. There're clot together it's not nice to eat nor look at ):
& wassup with the recipe manxz.. the taste of the black sauce is overpowering, bitter even. What's more the taste is uneven throughout. Wouldn't take a second bite if not for my "never to waste food" brought up.

Looking through the menu, they jacked up the price abit. It is still affordable but don't seem worthy of my penny. Spot the difference.
Don't think I'll be going back anymore ohwels D;
