Photoshop or a License?

Good news great news, fantastic news!

 

I've saved enough money to buy Photoshop!
(So happy I might even do the money dance agn ;x)

Butbut, the thing is i'm not sure if I should get it.
Because there's not much use for it now. Plus my lappy is unstable alr,
I might as well invest the money in something else such as a new lappy or

A License!

It's not as easy as I think it is, I know.
I have a high chance of failing since i'm a direction idiot, i know.

But I think I'll ace in theory PLUS practical!
I don't think they'll test me on road directory right?
