BBQ stingray, often served w sambal on top.
I rmb ordering this almost everyday during my secondary sch days.
Only the auntie cooked stingray w some curry-like gravy?

Dar cooked stingray for me before. loves. hees.

 

 

 Our fav hawker food. Claypot fish head.
Deepfried fish head w salty + thick gravy.

I like this more than curry fish head even though i <3 curry ttm!

 

The gravy goes well w the rice.
Do you prefer plain rice or mushy rice(soaked w gravy)?
I prefer the latter (:

It's my fav part! I know some ppl find them gross but ..
I think it's damn nice leiis! idk how to explain!

I even ate the center part (which is inedible for larger fish cos it's too hard)
